While some experience is useful, it is not essential as we provide full training and the opportunity to gain qualifications. About the role You will need to be a driver with your own transport (car, motorcycle, moped, etc.) - the work is not suited to non-drivers. As a Waking Nights Care Worker, you will provide night care to service users living independently in their own homes, that is flexible and responsive to their needs. This can include assisting them with personal care and hygiene, turning, and medication. This can often involve supporting people with planned and responsive care after leaving the hospital. You will be working with a colleague at all times – 2 Care Workers using a Company vehicle which is fully insured and funded by the Company. Shifts 22:00 – 06:30 Monday to Friday & alternate weekends. Advantageous but not essential: - Experience in providing care, whether this be in a professional setting or to a family member or friend.
