The University of Lincoln is seeking to appoint a Post-Doctorate Research Associate to join the School of Health and Care Sciences. Our university is deeply committed to working with our partners across Lincolnshire’s Integrated Care System fostering collaborations across the health and care sector. The School of Health and Care Sciences (SHCS) works closely with the Lincoln Institute for Rural and Coastal Health (LIRCH), the country's first integrated and multidisciplinary research institute dedicated to rural and coastal health research. LIRCH has been awarded £10.9 million funding from Research England’s Expanding Excellence in England (E3) fund and is currently undergoing significant expansion. You will work with colleagues in SHCS and LIRCH to deliver on a 5 year NIHR funded Allied Health Professions workforce project and will contribute to shaping future health and care workforce research with the aim of transforming services to improve the health and wellbeing of underserved communities. We are seeking an HCPC registered Allied Health Professional with a PhD who has experience of working clinically within an NHS and complex health system environment. You will also have experience of delivering on complex research projects and engaging with qualitative research methods. The post is hybrid working and has flexibility but you will be expected to regularly work onsite in Lincoln in order to effectively connect with others in the research team.
