Responsibilities: - Supervise/lead a team of carers (‘pod’ of 10 on average), providing guidance, support and training - Assist in interviewing, selection, induction, training, and shadow visits for new carers - Advise on care plans, ensure effective implementation and updating of our care software - Coordinate effectively with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and management Requirements: - Previous experience in a care management or supervisory role - Strong leadership and communication skills - NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification - Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards - Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients - Driving license and willingness to travel within our areas of operation Benefits: - Competitive salary of £32,000 per annum + Bonus and overtime opportunities - 28 days paid Holidays (inc.
