Business Analyst - Senior

We are currently seeking experienced Business Analysts to join our client's team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in gathering and analysing requirements, facilitating stakeholder communication and collaboration, and designing process improvements and solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups. Document business needs, goals, and challenges, and prioritise requirements to align with project objectives. Analyse current processes to identify inefficiencies and propose optimised workflows or solutions. Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring stakeholder feedback is integrated into solution design. Support solution implementation by assisting in testing, providing training or user support, and monitoring performance to ensure it meets business needs. Drive continuous improvement by analysing performance metrics, gathering post-implementation feedback, and recommending iterative enhancements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design. Strong communication and collaboration skills to facilitate effective stakeholder engagement. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of project management methodologies. Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
