With a mission to drive meaningful change, we are seeking an experienced FP&A Specialist to set up and enhance our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organisation during a pivotal stage of its development. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement an FP&A framework tailored to the needs of the non-profit sector. Design and build financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. Create and deliver insightful financial reports and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish tracking mechanisms. Provide analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Support grant applications and funding proposals with financial insights and projections. Train and upskill existing team members to ensure continuity and sustainability of the FP&A function. The Successful Applicant A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with significant experience in FP&A. Proven track record of setting up or improving FP&A functions. Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with non-financial stakeholders. Experience in implementing or optimising budgeting and forecasting tools. A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
