Job Description Manage accounting functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing Develop financial strategies and ensure compliance with financial regulations Supervise financial data collection and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports Collaborate with senior management to develop financial forecasts and budgets Identify cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements Ensure all accounting processes align with company policies and regulations Lead the accounting & finance team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment Use financial data to inform decision-making and strategic planning The Successful Applicant A successful Management Accountant should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal What's on Offer A salary range of £37,000 - £40,000 per annum.
