We are expanding our finance division and looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a passion for finance recruitment, particularly in the practice sector. Job Summary:

DCV Technologies is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Finance recruitment. The successful candidate will have experience in both Practice and Industry recruitment, focusing on identifying top-tier candidates for roles in financial services, accounting, audit, and related sectors. This position provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. Key Responsibilities: Client Management:

Build and maintain relationships with clients within the finance sector, including both accounting practices and corporate finance departments in industry sectors. Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize a variety of tools (job boards, networking, social media, headhunting) to source, identify, and attract high-quality finance professionals for a diverse range of roles across practice and industry. Consultative Approach:

Offer expert advice to clients and candidates, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored recruitment solutions. End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from job brief and candidate search to interview and offer stage. Guide candidates through the process and ensure a smooth and positive experience. Market Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and provide insights into market conditions, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices for both clients and candidates. Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other consultants and senior leaders within DCV Technologies to share market intelligence, best practices, and support the overall growth of the finance recruitment division. Business Development:

Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, attending industry events, and cultivating relationships with potential clients. Performance Targets:

Meet and exceed sales and recruitment targets, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction and business growth. Key Skills and Experience: Min 18+ Months experience as a Recruitment Consultant within finance recruitment (ideally Practice sector). Strong knowledge and understanding of the finance sector, including accounting, audit, tax, corporate finance, and financial services. Experience working in a target-driven environment with a successful track record in business development and meeting KPIs. Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and consult with senior stakeholders. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to recruitment and business development. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
