We are in the business of providing excellent entertainment and customer service. We're predominantly a multi-site, bricks and mortar business. A large chunk of your responsibilities include forging strong relationships with our General Managers and Hiring Managers across each of our 50+ Casinos nationally to be able to partner, consult, advise and ultimately deliver to all recruitment and TA needs. You’ll work closely with your manager, the Venues People Director, the HRBP’s and the HM’s across our Business to support and execute on the overarching TA strategy. You will serve as a trusted advisor and SME to the Management Team and their wider teams, providing a strategic and proactive TA consultancy service along with owning and hands-on recruitment delivery to all relevant hiring across the business. You will also act as a transformation advocate and will work closely with your manager and the Venues SLT in executing new ways to improve the end-to-end Recruitment service, experience and overall model for the business, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience is at the heart of everything you do. Think; HM training, Interview guidance and packs, induction and onboarding support, local talent attraction plans, market insights and data supporting decisions etc. Your work will include mapping markets for key areas of the business ensuring you are building solid pipelines for these areas. You’ll also work closely with your stakeholders to understand Workforce and succession plans and will be instrumental in delivering to the gaps & needs. The role of a Senior TA Partner is loosely split into 3 parts: SME Delivery

You will be building relationships with stakeholders, understanding hiring requirements and ensuring that you are proactively sourcing and covering the full end-to-end recruitment process with the aim of filling roles directly along with creating strong pipelines and successions for future hires.

Strategic & Proactive Partnership

Working closely with your business stakeholders, ensuring everyone receives regular updates on the state of affairs, insights into what’s working/not working as well as recommendations on how to succeed. You’ll work to understand their markets and build solid pipelines and market knowledge. Alongside this you will have in-depth knowledge of talent gaps within the teams, build succession plans as well as partner on overall workforce planning for your stakeholders. You will bring outside box thinking and will constantly be looking to innovate how we attract and retain the best talent across the business – constantly reviewing attraction methods and channels.

TA Innovation

You will work alongside your peers and Manager supporting and executing on wider TA projects to help improve and innovate the function/business along with aligning seamless end-to-end processes and training across the group.

Qualifications

Must have experience in managing recruitment of a variety of roles and levels across a fast-paced retail, hospitality or leisure – multi-site business A drive and passion for process transformation and alignment across a matrixed structure and organisation Able to demonstrate experience across successful succession planning, mapping and pipeline work Ability to manage various processes at any one time from recruitment delivery to confidential searches along with various project work Able to demonstrate successful delivery utilising various platforms including social media and Boolean searching. Able to pull and analyse reports, understand market data in order to build a narrative or advice - to help deliver to business needs Strong influencing and advising skills to be able to act as a trusted advisor to HM by providing insights and recommendations but also pushing back when needed Strong negotiation and closing skills to be able to successful navigate offers and closing top candidates while balancing company budget constraints Social and direct sourcing expertise for senior level roles (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and use of various channels, Chrome extensions and tools to research and hunt down candidate details) Essential that you have experience of working with/using applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems with a high level of data integrity.
