Your Impact Drive Recruitment Success: Sell the UA92 Experience:

Promote our programmes to prospective students and our influencers, delivering persuasive presentations that inspire action. Build Your Network:

Cultivate relationships with key decision makers, from schools and colleges to community groups and industry partners, to develop a sustainable pipeline of leads. Own Your Targets:

Deliver recruitment campaigns that exceed expectations, ensuring you achieve and surpass student enrolment goals. Project Management and Collaboration: Manage key recruitment initiatives and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Academic and Partnerships, to ensure recruitment efforts align with UA92 s strategic goals. Support the planning and execution of events, campaigns and outreach activities, creating an exceptional experience for prospective students. Data-Driven Growth: Track and analyse recruitment data to identify trends and refine your approach. Help shape UA92 s recruitment strategy with insights that deliver measurable results. What You Will Bring Sales Expertise:

Proven experience in sales, account management or business development, with a track record of achieving targets. Highly Organised:
