As a Dermatology Medical Representative, you will own physician relationships in primary care with an agreed set of GP, dermatologist & pharmacist targets to educate on L'Oréal Dermatological products to maximize recommendations and prescriptions. Job Responsibilities

Achieve regional sales targets through implementing individual activity. Develop a Territory Action Plan outlining activities to be undertaken at territory level. Agree clear and SMART objectives with the Medical Relations Manager. Develop advocates for speaker meetings – attend national congresses as appropriate. Maintain high levels of product knowledge. Maintain accurate customer records and provide feedback on marketing materials. Be aware of developments in the health care environment and tailor local activities accordingly. Operate in a hybrid way when necessary. Ensure all administration tasks are completed in a timely manner. Manage territory AV meetings and sponsorship budgets. Attend sales conferences and other events which may involve overnight stays. Undertake any other appropriate tasks as may arise. You have

Educated to degree level (or equivalent). Medical Sales background with proven track record in driving success. Understanding and interest in the healthcare environment. Experience in delivering large medical educational events. IT competent to use reporting systems and Microsoft Office. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ‘Can do’ attitude – able to work independently and in teams. Target driven – enjoys working in a targeted environment. You show
