About the Role
As a 360 Perm Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Manage both candidate and client
relationships in a complete recruitment role. Develop and maintain
client pipelines through effective business development strategies. Source and place candidates
within our current and future client base. Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings
with the founders to support your professional growth. Thrive in a collaborative , target-driven environment with clear pathways and structured targets for career progression. Experience in recruiting
