The Cardio-Respiratory Units are friendly, busy and rapidly expanding diagnostic units. We offer a wide range of investigations to the Trust including resting ECGs, 24 hour ECG and BP monitoring, Event Recording, Transthoracic, Transoesophageal and Stress Echocardiography, Pacemaker follow-up, Full Lung Function Testing and Sleep diagnostics. We have a Community Diagnostic Centre on our Barking Hospital site providing a range of diagnostics in the community setting.
We are looking for a forward thinking, enthusiastic individual to join a dedicated team of professionals working to the highest quality standards. We are happy to consider newly qualified applicants at a band 5 level.
Responsibilities: To provide a high quality, appropriate and effective Cardio-Respiratory investigation service. To supervise, guide and support all junior members of staff. To be responsible for the organisation and delivery of an area of specialist responsibility as allocated by the Lead Cardiac Physiologist.
