This is an exciting hybrid working opportunity for Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Paramedics to make the most of their existing clinical knowledge and take on a new role with a leading, multi-national employer with full-time and part-time roles available.
As a Clinical Assessor, you will be providing unbiased, comprehensive assessments for the Government’s disability allowance (PIP) whilst ensuring a personalised, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service for the service user.

Basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500*
5% retention bonus
Rising to 10% quality & retention bonus*
Hybrid full-time, part-time working hours available
Training options: 12 weeks (full-time), 14 weeks (4 days per week) & 17 weeks (3 days per week)
25 days holidays per annum, rising to 27 days with service

Your New Role:
As a multi-skilled Clinical Assessor, you will manage caseloads from end to end which includes delivering face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls, and paper-based reports (PBR).
You will assess the full range of health conditions and disabilities affecting the claimant, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments.
You will have time built into your working rota for breaks, CPD, audit amendments, requesting and reviewing further evidence, and team meetings.
Requirements:
Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic.
Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.
Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy.
