Executive Team Assistant/Personal Assistant Hybrid working Newbury £250 inside IR35 Contract Duration:

6 months initial contract A global Telecommunications client is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join their team as an Executive Team Assistant/Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a management team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

Diary and Meeting Management: Organise meetings, considering cultural differences and time zones. Prioritise conflicting demands for time efficiently. Travel Planning and Organisation: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for team members. Time and Activity Prioritisation: Proactively manage diaries and inboxes. Report findings and updates to the manager. Confidentiality: Appreciate the sensitivity of issues and adhere to confidentiality protocols. Administrative Support: Support the organisation and administration of management meetings. Track action points and ensure timely follow-up. Record Keeping: Maintain various records, databases, and dashboards for team statistics (locations, roles, etc.). Approval Monitoring: Monitor approvals for various processes (Shopping Carts, etc.). Vendor Interaction: Interact with vendors and external partners as required. Support People Plan/Governance Team: Assist in activities related to the people plan and governance team. Collaboration and Communication: Interface with other PAs for meetings and events planning. Share communication within the management team. Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the process for new joiners and leavers. Required Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office 365. Familiarity with SharePoint. Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
