We are seeking a highly motivated and organized

Assistant Site Manager

to join a prestigious new-build housing development in Leyland. You will assist the Site Manager in delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and customer expectations. Qualifications: SMSTS or SSSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme or Supervisor equivalent). First Aid at Work certification. CSCS card. Responsibilities: Assist in managing the site and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed. Support the Site Manager in coordinating and supervising the construction activities. Help maintain project schedules and budgets. Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
