You will become a fully qualified unit manager, with progression opportunities into operations, potentially undertaking the Level 5 Operations Manager apprenticeship. As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you’ll do at work:
Lead & Inspire: Train, coach, and motivate your kitchen team to deliver top-notch food and service. Hands-On Management: Get involved in all aspects of the catering operation – from managing stock and costs to keeping our standards sky-high. Menu Magic: Help develop exciting, nutritious menus that children will love. Promotions & Events: Drive sales with fun promotions and special events. Stay Sharp: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain our excellent standards. Hospitality Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard. Training will be delivered through a mix of online and face-to-face workshops and coaching sessions throughout the academic year. You could also gain your English and maths qualifications, as well as Highfield Level 2 Food Safety and Level 3 Allergen Management certifications. Working Hours
Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 15:00 each day.
