Health and Safety Manager Telford, Shropshire Permanent £45,000 + Bonus and benefits

We have partnered with a leading high-risk manufacturing organisation looking to appoint a Health and Safety Manager to lead at their site in Telford. As the Health and Safety Manager, you will be accountable for driving change and developing the safety culture at this key site.

The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for: Lead and support on various site H&S matters Build relationships with key stakeholders across the sites, promoting the development of a positive culture and best practice Maintain the site's compliance within the Group Health and Safety Management System Ensure all H&S training needs are fulfilled Audit site-based management systems to ensure full compliance Develop and run H&S workshops and meetings The Health and Safety Manager Candidate will have: NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification Previous experience within a high-risk manufacturing environment is essential Ability to strongly influence various internal stakeholders Experience in managing/maintaining management systems
