Property Litigation Solicitor - 1+ PQE - Bristol
Legal 500 listed Property Litigation team seeking a property litigation solicitor with at least 1 year PQE. This team is based nationally, but you will be joining the Bristol office on a hybrid basis.
You'll be working on a busy property litigation caseload for an enviable client list including central Government, social housing providers, local authorities, secured lenders, NHS and healthcare bodies, education sector clients, and property developers. Your caseload will be wholly commercial property litigation, covering restrictive covenants, landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, rent and service charge disputes, insolvency, and easements.
To qualify, you must be a solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in property litigation. If this experience is part of a wider caseload, please apply. You should be keen to assist with business development, possess good communication skills, and demonstrate a commercial mindset.
