Senior Project Manager

to lead and oversee complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing large teams, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope and budget. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives while managing risks and challenges effectively. Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources, and oversee execution to ensure successful project delivery. Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with clients, business units, and leadership teams to understand project requirements and expectations. Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing timely updates and ensuring alignment. Team Leadership:

Lead cross-functional project teams, including internal teams, external vendors, and contractors. Provide guidance, support, and direction to ensure collaboration and productivity. Budget and Resource Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Track project costs and ensure that the project remains within budget. Risk Management:

Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and challenges. Develop mitigation plans to minimize impacts on project deliverables. Process Improvement:

Continuously seek ways to improve project management processes and methodologies, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organisation. Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all project deliverables meet the quality standards and requirements set by the organisation or client. Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, budgets, and risk logs. Ensure proper project closure, including lessons learned and post-implementation reviews. Requirements

Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or lead role. Experience managing large-scale, complex projects is essential. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills with demonstrated ability to relay technical content and key insights to business audiences. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proven experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA, Trello, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Team working – ability to contribute to the team and to improve effectiveness through personal commitment. Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR). Nice to have:

Experience in the financial sector, preferably in trading. Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred. What you will get in return:
