Job Summary: The Senior Product Manager plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and enhancing user engagement within the iProperty Cloud platform. Responsibilities This role will help to drive the long-term success of iProperty Cloud, with focus varying on different aspects of product development across the team. Priority areas may include existing product enhancements, new innovations, client implementation, sector engagement and product content. The overall responsibility of this role is to drive an outstanding end-to-end user experience, from procurement and implementation through to long term continuous improvement and innovations, which are aligned with client and sector needs. Key responsibilities include: Product Engagement: Develop and implement strategies for enhancing product interaction and engagement with end customers. Drive innovation in website, portal, and native mobile application functionalities. Collaborate with clients, prospective clients, and the sector, to align the product’s direction with their specific needs and goals. Simplify and enhance client engagement experiences and improve overall product engagement. Drive a content-first approach by developing relevant content to support the onboarding and implementation of new features and existing product capabilities. Enhance content for existing product functionalities to align with the content-first methodology. Lead external sector engagement efforts, including blogs, vlogs, articles, speaking at events, and engaging with prospective and existing customers. Implement and enhance our innovative deployment approaches and encourage engagement with clients through client portals/apps. Product Implementation: Define, execute, and refine the vision and strategy for the development of iProperty Cloud alongside business leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs. Drive continuous innovation in iProperty Cloud to embed new product apps, modules, features, and functionalities. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap and backlog, ensuring priorities meet business objectives, customer expectations, and are continually reviewed. Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality product features and ensure successful launches. Work collaboratively with external third parties to implement best practice tactical and strategic integrations which enhance the overall capabilities of iProperty Cloud. Engage with clients and their customers to gather feedback, oversee user testing, and analyse product performance metrics to identify key areas for improvement. Stay up to date with industry and sector trends, regulations, and innovations, especially in the social housing sector, representing the company at relevant events and meetings. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the team and business objectives. Requirements: Proven experience in product management with a focus on either product implementation or product engagement and user experience. Demonstrated expertise in managing Software as a Service (SaaS) products throughout the product lifecycle, including ALM (Application Lifecycle Management). Extensive experience in the housing sector is highly desirable. Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform is an advantage. Strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovation, with hands-on learning of product features and platform capabilities. Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles and methodologies. Exceptional communication skills with experience in creating promotional materials such as blogs and articles. Confident in public speaking and engaging with diverse external stakeholders. Commitment to a content-first approach to delivering products. Awareness of agile delivery methods and modern product design practices. Ability to learn new technologies and provide demonstration of solutions and functionality to various stakeholder groups. Advanced IT skills, computer knowledge, and skills are an absolute must as almost all our business operations are conducted online, via chat platform (Slack), Kanban boards and backlogs (Trello and Microsoft Azure DevOps) and communication via digital communication platforms (Microsoft Teams). Working experience in an Agile SCRUM or Agile Kanban environment. Work Arrangements: Full-time, permanent role. Remote working is available for experienced candidates. Headquarters located in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. Some travel may be required to fulfil the responsibilities of the role.
