The GP GM will be responsible for solidifying and expanding Accurx’s leadership in the UK primary care sector. This strategic role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in commercialising and operating SaaS growth markets. The GM will drive efforts to enhance our market position, expand by introducing new use cases, and ensure user and customer satisfaction and loyalty. The GMs will lead a market/objective-specific team which can be cross-functional. All members of the team might not be the GM’s direct reports and therefore a fair amount of the leading will be by influencing and motivating the team around the company objective. This includes Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, Talent, Data. Your day to day tasks, should you choose to accept this mission ... Market Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive market leadership strategy, adjust and improve existing go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape. Work cross-functionally towards implementation. Set ambitious growth targets and create actionable plans to achieve them.

Business Development and Sales:

Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within GPs, including executives, clinicians, and procurement officers. Secure meeting sales targets. Stay close to the details of the sales process, including prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals tactics, across a range of customer types (e.g. SME, ICB, etc.) and personas.

Team Leadership:

Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team. Engage efficiently with multiple stakeholders across the organisation, foster collaboration and ensure strong teamwork between functions to meet your market goals, while respecting and understanding parallel company efforts and limitations.

Product and Solution Advocacy:

Collaborate with product and commercial teams to tailor solutions and messaging for the GP market. Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for Accurx's products, representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Operational Excellence:

Own a key company objective and lead the GP stream as part of the company OKR process. Oversee the operational aspects of market entry, including compliance, regulatory requirements, and logistics.
