We are Contact Point, receiving referrals across Hull and East Yorkshire for Children & Young People seeking support with their mental health and emotional wellbeing. We work within the I Thrive model, assessing the needs of young people and supporting families to navigate the systems to receive the right support at the right time.
Main duties of the job
You will have strong engagement skills, excellent communication skills, and some experience of working collaboratively with other agencies and professions. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and undertake the Risk Screening and Triages of young people with their families. You will also lead/supervise interventions provided by junior staff. Experience of working with young people with emotional or mental health difficulties is essential. About us
