A dynamic and fast-paced aircraft charter company is looking to recruit both experienced and trainee charter brokers to join its established team of specialists based at the Group head office.
The charter broker role is challenging but highly rewarding. Successful candidates will be responsible for providing air freight transport solutions to clients around the globe.
Role: Aircraft Charter Broker - Cargo Salary: Provided Upon Application Location: Horsham Area
Responsibilities: Providing air freight transport solutions to clients all over the world. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific cargo needs, and providing personalized service. Identifying and arranging suitable aircraft and routes for cargo transport, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective solutions. Coordinating logistics from booking to final delivery, monitoring cargo progress and addressing any issues that arise during transit. Essential Experience & Qualifications: Highly motivated individuals with a passion for charter brokering and the aviation industry. Previous experience in air cargo, freight forwarding, or aviation brokerage is highly desirable. Strong ability to negotiate rates and secure deals, with proven experience in sales or business development. Industry experience, problem-solving, and commercial acumen are required. Strong desire to build a successful career. Strong English language skills (written and oral) are essential. Good numeracy skills and IT literacy (proficiency in MS Office) are essential. Must hold the rights to live and work in the UK upon submission.
