To c£60,000 (DOE) The Role:
Advising clients within a range of commercial sectors on a wide range of property and agricultural matters. You can expect to be dealing with leaseholds, planning & developments, sales & acquisitions, and various commercial agreements and licenses. There will also be the opportunity to get involved with business development, building your own contacts in the area as well as nurturing existing relationships. The Candidate:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 3 years’ PQE who have a proven track record of dealing with a variety of real estate matters. Previous experience of working with clients, or a genuine interest and knowledge in the agricultural sector would be a distinct advantage. The Firm:
