£62,400 - £70,768 depending on experience Location:
Urgent Care Hub You will be joining our established team of ANP/ACP and Consultant Nurse to manage urgent same day appointments. Your responsibilities will include: Signposting patients and managing urgent issues face to face. Supporting our ANPs and GPs in patient reviews. Leading our mental health focus to improve mental health care in primary care. We are a hardworking, well-supported team with no weekends, no nights, no on-calls, and no bank holidays - all for the equivalent of AFC Band 8b/c. Application Deadline:
