We’re currently working with a well-regarded Legal 500 firm in Buckinghamshire, looking to add an experienced Employment Solicitor to their growing team. The Role:
In this role, you’ll manage a varied caseload of employment law matters, advising both employers and employees. The work will include:
Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and procedures. Advising on redundancy, TUPE, and grievance processes. Representing clients in employment tribunals, including claims for unfair dismissal and discrimination. Delivering practical, commercial advice to help clients navigate complex employment issues.
