The role will require working with Workday HR & payroll software. Assisting with the processing of benefits through the payroll including Auto enrolment pension. Assisting with report requests from the business. Conducting ad-hoc tasks as required by your manager. Ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time. Maintaining Payroll records. Assisting with Payroll Audits, both internally and externally. Minimum 2 years payroll experience. Helping with the Payroll helpdesk queries/tickets. What You Bring: Well organized & methodical. Ability to work to strict deadlines. Ability to prioritize own workload. Strong communicator. Ability to deliver a high-quality service & commitment to continuous improvement. Team player. Up to date knowledge of SSP, SMP, etc. rates. Knowledge of NMW rates of pay. Able to manually calculate pay, including NI, Tax, and pension deductions. Deal with court orders. Option to study CIPP qualification. Confidentiality is a must. Must have GCSE Math and English. Willing to travel within the UK, must hold a valid UK driver's license.
