We are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager to join our team based at Translink Cafe Metro, Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world-leading facilities management company. Working Pattern:

Prepare and cook all food to an exceptional standard, ensuring all HACCP regulations are adhered to. Drive sales through centrally driven menu plans and promotions, and ensure compliance through preferred suppliers. Ensure the service counter is prepped and ready for service. Provide the highest level of customer service in a consistent approach to anyone who uses the facility. Work as part of the team to ensure the service is delivered on time and to the highest possible standard. Complete any administration as requested which may include recording of food temperatures, updating cleaning schedules, cashing up tills, and recording daily sales figures on the system. Complete bookwork procedures in line with company requirements; in particular the administration of purchasing, cash handling, banking, and management of the weekly estimated trading account (ETA). Report defective equipment/utensils/work and floor surfaces etc. to the relevant Head Office department. Ensure the opening and closing of all food outlets are carried out in accordance with Company procedures. The Person:

Attention to detail in all aspects of the work. Experience in a Similar Role. Leads by example and lives our values. Enthusiastic and passionate about our customer service and reputation. Self-motivated, working independently and on own initiative. Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude. Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
