Clients Our clients include insurers, self-insured organizations, and corporates, and we provide them with bespoke advice tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities Managing your own caseload of
fast track claims
and some
intermediate track matters . Handling claims involving Credit Hire or similar disputes. Delivering excellent client service and maintaining professional standards. Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team as needed. Required Experience Minimum 4 years' experience
in a similar field. Experience handling
Credit Hire Fast Track cases
or a mixed caseload of small claims and fast track cases. Strong organizational and negotiation skills. Qualifications While formal legal qualifications are advantageous, we value practical experience and a proven ability to manage complex caseloads.
