AJW Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, supporting a wide range of legal activities. Key responsibilities include: Drafting and proofreading legal documents, including agreements and contracts. Preparing contract amendments and reviewing conditions precedent. Managing KYC requirements, due diligence, and compliance tasks. Conducting legal research and maintaining the contract database. Ensuring Companies House filings and liaising with insurance brokers. Handling administrative tasks, such as document signatures and certifications. Assisting with in-house precedents and training preparation. What's in it for you? You Will Have: A Law degree or GDL, with the LPC completed. A confident and professional approach. Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal teams. The ability to perform accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and business needs. Excellent attention to detail, with the capability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. A basic understanding of PLC (desirable but not essential).
