Financial Controller

Working closely with the Finance Director, this position will oversee the finance team and lead on the production of management and statutory reports Support the business in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning Progress towards business growth plans through the streamlining of reporting and ensuring a robust cash position is maintained Liaise extensively with senior stakeholders to ensure finance information is fully understood to aid decision-making Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy: Candidates will ideally be qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) and have experience working in a Finance Manager/Financial Controller role or similar broad finance experience Experience of working within the manufacturing or engineering sector would be advantageous, although most important is a proactive mindset and strong communication skills The ability to manage your own workload and work autonomously while also working closely with the Finance Director will fit this role well Additional benefits and information for the role of Financial Controller: Excellent starting salary and onsite parking Pension, private healthcare and generous bonus Inclusive culture and excellent L&D program Attractive offices within easy reach of the M27/A3 CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
