Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Salary:

£21,000 - £24,000 per annum (depending on experience) Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Level 3 Practitioner to join our vibrant nursery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development. Key Responsibilities: Childcare: Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children, promoting their development and well-being. Planning and Implementation :

Plan and implement engaging activities and learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Observation and Assessment: Monitor and record children’s progress through detailed observations and assessments, sharing these with parents and carers. Safeguarding: Ensure all safeguarding policies and procedures are followed, and that children are kept safe from harm. Parent Partnership: Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's development and addressing any concerns. Team Collaboration :

Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a nurturing and stimulating environment, sharing ideas and supporting each other. Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications and Skills: Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Excellent communication and interpersonal skills First Aid and Safeguarding certification Experience with special educational needs (SEN) Additional training or certifications in child development Personal Attributes: Passionate about early years education and childcare Caring, nurturing, and patient Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Competitive salary and opportunities for career progression Professional development and training opportunities Supportive and inclusive working environment Paid holidays and pension scheme Application Process: Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and a cover letter outlining their suitability for the post.
