JOB REF: 7374 am. You will help and guide the team with difficult legal issues as well as the day-to-day staff management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Criminal Solicitor with extensive management experience and strong leadership skills. You will be adept in handling general staff and HR issues while demonstrating exceptional communication skills. While your background in Criminal law is important, a large focus for this role is on staff management. You will not be handling your own cases, making this role ideal for someone in a senior or Head of Department position who is seeking a change.
