HRJOB10294 The Role We are seeking an Audit Manager to oversee and manage client audits for Almac Pharma Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that client audit needs and expectations are met, and that Almac Pharma Services maintain ongoing use or secure new business with clients. The Audit Manager will take charge of managing the audit schedule and database, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and preparing comprehensive information for scheduled audits. This role requires proactively monitoring and addressing audit observations, managing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and maintaining professional client relationships. Responsibilities

As the Audit Manager, you will manage the audit schedule, act as the primary client contact, and coordinate administrative arrangements for audits. You will gather and prepare relevant information for both new and existing customers ahead of the scheduled audit date, ensuring that necessary documentation and resources are available. Additionally, you will collate and distribute findings, manage Corrective and Preventive Actions resulting from client audits, and evaluate the effectiveness of audit procedures. The role also involves providing support for various audit-related tasks, supporting Quality Assurance (QA) activities, and ensuring professional conduct and timely management of complaints. Key Requirements

Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full-time employment in the UK Degree (or equivalent) Working knowledge of GMP and associated regulations Previous experience of working within a Quality System Previous experience within a GMP or regulated environment Degree (or equivalent) in Science, Engineering or Business-related discipline Previous experience in a customer-facing role Previous auditing experience Knowledge of other Quality Standards Further Information

The working pattern for this role is a flex pattern between the hours of 07:00 – 19:00 with core hours of 10:00 – 16:00. You will also be eligible for hybrid working following the successful completion of probation. This role may require coverage beyond normal working hours, local and overseas travel as and when required.
