Job Description

Industrial Disease Lawyer, up to 3 years’ PQE, Liverpool, to c£50,000 (Dependent on qualifications and experience). Applications are sought from Industrial Disease Lawyers with up to 3 Years PQE with previous experience in NIHL, HAVS/WRULD, and asbestos claims. Solicitors, paralegals, and legal executives with the relevant experience are all encouraged to apply. You will be responsible for your own caseload of litigated claims advising insurers and corporate clients. You can also expect to work closely with senior colleagues, supporting on more complex cases. You will be dealing directly with clients from day one and be expected to develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and new client contacts. You will also have developed strong skills in building client relationships and be keen to work with colleagues on marketing and networking initiatives.
