The Role:

As Design Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring all the Design Studio administrative tasks are accurately completed. You will play a fundamental role in ensuring that the studio administration is completed enabling the studio to operate smoothly and efficiently. You will support the designers and additionally, you will liaise with stakeholders from different functions (Product Merchandising, Pre-Production etc.) to ensure all the relevant information is gathered, recorded, and shared, to allow the efficient development of the collection. You will support the Studio in preparing rooms, creating boards, photography of samples and any other activity aimed to support the Studio and the Leather Goods Design team. Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform administrative tasks to support the Leather Goods Design team. Attend design meetings and ensure that product specifications are accurately recorded and updated. Follow up on colour and material approvals and update documents accordingly. Organise data in a thorough and organised manner with the aim to provide better information to other departments. Organise meeting logistics (prepare rooms, create boards, photography of samples). Support the Designers with queries and ad-hoc requests to support their workload. Demonstrate an interest in fashion and willingness to learn new skills. Team:

Ability to work well as part of a team. Ability to quickly adapt to change and support your team navigating an agile work environment. Ability to successfully collaborate with different areas of the business. Excellent interpersonal skills able to understand the needs of the different stakeholders. Support the team and demonstrate the ability to understand what the Studio requires to be efficient and a great creative place. Culture:

Appropriate design degree (preferred). Previous work experience or internship with a Design team. Passion for leather goods design. Intermediate Microsoft Excel user (must enjoy working with spreadsheets). Microsoft InDesign knowledge (beneficial). Excellent attention to detail and great organisational skills.
