In order to support a secondary school in Croydon, Teach360 are currently on the lookout for a Behaviour Mentor to join their team. In order to be considered for this position, the ideal candidate would be someone who has experience working with young people suffering from SEMH, SEN, or challenging behaviour. An effective Behaviour Mentor is someone who is approachable, proactive, and enthusiastic about what they do. This will help you to build a strong relationship with your students

About the role - Behaviour Mentor - Croydon

Students will be assisted in the classroom in order to learn Work in close cooperation with other members of staff, such as Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers, and Pastoral Support Workers if necessary Delivering 1:1 direct interventions and support within the classroom to students on a daily basis Assist the class teacher as well as other staff members in providing the best possible learning environment for the students in the class Observing and evaluating pupils' responses to learning activities and interventions through observation and evaluation of their learning results Ensure that all pupils are included in the classroom as much as possible The School - Behaviour Mentor - Croydon
