West Yorkshire . You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship) . About the team This organisation has been established for just under 10 years and this registration covers Yorkshire & the North East. There is a mix of experience within the team. About you The successful candidate will have
Management
experience within
Fostering
Social Work teams post qualification and whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation. Ideally, you will have a management qualification (level 4 or 5 leadership & management equivalent) or be willing to work towards this. You will be in charge of maintaining the high standards of practice, managing a team of Social Workers and non-Social Work staff, managing service development, developing business, and managing a budget. What's on offer?
