Job Summary:
Krsnadasa Inc DBA TUTOR DOCTOR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an English, STEM and Special Education Tutor. This is a part-time, hourly position located in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing individualized instruction and support to students in English, STEM and Special Education.
Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this position is $21 to $31 per hour. The successful candidate will also have access to a flexible schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
Develop personalized lesson plans based on each student's needs and learning objectives Provide instruction in English, STEM and Special Education subjects such as reading, writing, math, science and social studies Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage and challenge students Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and/or guardians Collaborate with parents, teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment for students Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance
Requirements:
Minimum required Qualification: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree is preferred in Education, English, STEM or Special Education At least 1 year of experience in teaching or tutoring in English, STEM and/or Special Education Strong knowledge and understanding of current education principles, techniques and curriculum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student Passion for helping students achieve their academic goals
