About the Role - Behaviour Mentor - Lambeth
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support students with challenging behaviour and social, emotional, and mental health needs. You'll work either one-on-one or in small groups with students who have similar needs. Additionally, Behaviour Mentors are expected to lead or assist with interventions tailored to support students' specific needs.

Experience working with vulnerable young people.
Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
Proactive approach.
Experience working with students who have challenging behaviour.
Ability to diffuse challenging behaviour situations between students.
