This is an exciting new opportunity for a full time People Manager to join a company based in Aylesbury on a permanent basis. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (35.5 hours per week) and offers hybrid working with 2 days working from home.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Maintaining HR policies and procedures and other documentation, ensuring they are kept up to date, confidential, and compliant with GDPR and other relevant regulations Managing recruitment and internal promotions across the business Providing training and support to managers in managing performance issues Completing training sessions to all employees for the business, such as surveys to improve retention of staff Driving diversity and inclusion efforts, ensuring a welcoming workplace for the business Management of all employee relations issues including absence, disciplinary, grievance and sickness, as well as dispute resolution, retirement, and redundancy Preparing and maintaining reports and business plans related to specific HR projects Working closely with senior management to deliver HR strategies to engage and retain employees Managing ER related issues and processes Updating and advising on the company's benefits package

To be successful for this position, you must be CIPD qualified and have over 4 years' experience in HR management and over 3 years' experience in people management.

As you will be responsible for developing and managing the overall people strategy and HR practices for the business, you must have a proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
