My client is a young lady who, following brain surgery 5 years ago, struggles in the community as she suffers from hallucinations and will not go out unsupported.
She requires support with: 1 hour for personal care support - encouragement to access shower twice weekly, support with washing and drying of hair. 3 hours social call - to develop confidence and independent skills in the community. 1 hour food preparation support. Initially, we would be looking for somebody to work 1 hour per day, Monday - Friday; however, this is flexible and will be discussed at interview.
Applicants must have a full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle. Successful candidates would be subject to an enhanced DBS check, with the cost met by the employer. Key Responsibilities Meal Preparation Personal Care Social + Leisure Activities
