Mon-Fri - Fully Supernumerary Overview Florin Healthcare is excited to be working with an amazing provider for a Deputy Home Manager position in Essex. Our client is looking for a new Clinical Deputy Manager to support the existing Home Manager in one of their elderly care services. The home is a fantastic facility with lots of potential, performing well, fully staffed, and compliant with CQC. As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you may need to cover the odd nursing shift or part of a shift if necessary, but this is only when absolutely needed. The role is supernumerary and operates Monday to Friday. The client is also very flexible with times; you could work from 8 till 4 or 9 till 5, etc. The hours are negotiable to suit.
