Job Summary Kiwa Agri Food is seeking a Training Content Administrator to join our dynamic Training team. In this role, you'll support the development and implementation of our training programmes, from designing engaging course content to ensuring smooth course delivery. Additionally, you’ll assist the Kiwa Feed team with queries related to Feed/AIC participant iLearning, playing a vital part in the success of our training services. We want you to trust us in becoming your employer of choice. About the role Act as the main contact for online student support, managing the training inbox and resolving queries. Convert client queries into quotes, and then to ‘won’ quotes, ensuring their needs are met. Oversee course setup, ensuring subcontractor trainers run successful sessions, and manage trainee onboarding to ensure they receive an excellent service. Engage with the Business Support Admin team to ensure that payment is received before trainees/candidates are formally enrolled on a course. Maintain accurate customer and supplier records, send weekly student reports, and issue certificates. Assist with reviewing and reporting on Kiwa Agri Food courses, including marking exams and generating weekly student reports. Work from project briefs to create interactive and visual SCORM files, translating technical insights into engaging learning materials. Support AIC participants in collaboration with the Feed team. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Future Progression Take ownership of creating project briefs, eventually designing training content independently based on market insights. Develop an understanding of training needs in the market to identify and address gaps. Do you have what it takes? Excellent planning and organisational skills Good working knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office etc.) Ability to work and reach targets set independently (Self Starting). Relevant experience of managing customers The ability to work cohesively with all stakeholders for a mutual outcome Relevant experience of balancing the needs of Customers, Shareholders and Employees Dynamism, aptitude for problem solving and teamwork, persistence, accuracy, practicality, reliability, flexibility, and results oriented Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal relations at all levels What can you expect from us in return? £23,751 to £28,412 per annum Generous Annual Leave
