They are seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team. Are you an experienced recruitment professional currently working in the HGV sector? Do you have a knack for sales and a drive to excel? We have the perfect opportunity for you! Within this Senior Recruitment Consultant role, you will be responsible for; Focus heavily on business development in terms of contacting prospective clients with view to utilising our services Selling process by providing the right candidates to our clients at the right time Maintaining strong relationships in the market Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant Build, develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the company client base. Source candidates from a variety of channels including searching job boards, social media, attending networking events, and candidate referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates. Stay informed on industry news, competitor activities and salary benchmarks to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates. Requirements for this Senior Recruitment Consultant HGV role; A proven track record in recruitment, preferably with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment consultant position. Full UK Driving Licence In-depth understanding of recruitment practices, candidate sourcing strategies, and placing candidates Attention to detail and ability to analyse information Being able to work within a fast-paced working environment is essential.
