A progressive and forward-thinking law firm in North Wales is currently seeking a dynamic Family/Litigation Solicitor to join their team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a talented solicitor to specialise in Family Law while also gaining exposure to litigation and personal injury matters.
The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years PQE handling Family law matters, and some personal injury matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a diverse caseload of Family Law matters and some personal injury files. This includes file reviews and case preparation. Provide support to Partners and team members by assisting with their cases as needed. Attend court hearings as required. Represent clients in Family Law proceedings and other related matters. Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and SRA requirements to uphold the firm's standards of professionalism and ethical conduct. Cultivate strong client relationships, both existing and prospective, by providing excellent legal advice and support. Actively contribute to the firm's business development efforts by participating in marketing events and initiatives.
