Up to c£75,000 depending on skills and experience THE ROLE:

This leading professional regulatory team is ranked in the top-tier by the legal directories and is one of the largest in the country, acting for a significant amount of regulatory bodies. The team in Leeds is undergoing specific expansion due to new contracts and is therefore looking for experienced Barristers to manage a caseload of fitness to practise cases. You will investigate and prepare those cases for hearings before the regulator panels. THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Regulatory Barrister will have significant experience in professional discipline matters, gained from working in law firms, chambers or in-house regulatory bodies. You will be involved in cases from the outset and have a proven track record in representing clients at regulatory panel hearings. Any experience within the healthcare sector would be a distinct advantage. THE PACKAGE:
