We are currently looking to appoint a new Mechanical Sprinkler Service Engineer covering the South. Competitive basic salary upto £40,000 subject to experience and location Company Van Mobile phone Responsibilities Carry out servicing and remedial works of Sprinkler Systems, Fire Hydrants, Fire Hose Reels, Dry/Wet Risers in accordance with the latest British and EN standards. Undertake Mechanical Servicing and Remedial works of Fire Hydrants, Fire Hose Reels, Fire Risers and Sprinkler Systems. Forward planning regarding parts requirements on installation works, placing parts orders, liaising with site management, and coordinating with other trades. Work both independently and as part of the wider Sprinkler Department on installation and service works. Provide information to quote to upgrade or modify systems in relation to manufacturers and industry guidelines. Receive field support and training for all disciplines undertaken. Requirements Who We’re Looking For At least 2-3 years experience in a Sprinkler Engineer position/Mechanical pipe installation. Extensive knowledge of both commercial and residential sprinkler systems. A working practice of BS9251. Demonstrable technical experience with good interpersonal skills. Experience working in the field independently. Flexible to work across single and multiple site locations. Full Driving Licence.
