Advinia Healthcare, an award-winning, top 15 UK Care Home provider, is currently looking for a new Operations Director to cover 6 care homes based in the Midlands & South.
The Operations Director we are ideally looking for will have the passion and creativity to enable change and help drive the business forward. They will effectively lead, manage, and motivate their managers to support and develop their teams to deliver a safe and caring home to each and every resident. We have an excellent operations team who will work with you every step of the way. A Director who has vision, imagination, and determination who can hit the ground running.
The role will involve:
Having a sound level of business acumen, being commercially astute, and interpreting data. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as LA/CCG/CI through sound knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements. Providing direction and line management to Care Home Managers. A passion for outstanding care and quality service is essential, along with the desire to strive for excellence in all aspects of the home's environment. With a background in health and social care, you will be an experienced senior manager with a recognised professional qualification and a willingness to develop.
