Performance Optimisation : Support and challenge sales teams, driving financial performance and maximising profit margins.
Industry & Market Insight : Analyse key industry metrics to identify risks and growth opportunities, informing business strategy.
Collaborative Planning : Lead the annual budgeting process for Sales & Marketing, working closely with the Commercial Director and Sales teams.
Monitor & Improve : Track commercial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions to keep goals on track.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with teams across commercial, supply chain, and operations to evaluate growth opportunities and manage effective tender processes.
